We do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or the product is misused against our care advice. 

Non-Decoden Items

No refund policy applicable. Once your package is with our mailing carrier & tracking number received, it is no longer the responsibility of Candy Drip Aus to track, trace or refund the cost of your package.

Decoden Items & Custom Orders

Due to daily use, please expect general wear & tear over time. Do not pick or play with the decorative elements (charms / border piping) on your item as this will cause them to dislodge & fall off. Should any of these decorative elements become dislodged, we recommend using a tiny dot of superglue applied to the back of the charm/piping using a toothpick so the glue does not run down your item. 

If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, please immediately contact us within 7 days of delivery date at candydripaus@gmail.com or Instagram message us @candydripaus with photo proof.
